BAD NEWS.
IT'S SNOWING HERE IN PORTLAND.
CANCEL ALL OF YOU TRIPS HERE, BECAUSE IT'S COLD, IT SUCKS AND OH YEAH.
We only have two inches of snow.
HOWEVER, you'd think that was a lot, when you hear the newscaster talking about "camping in" and "battening down the hatches" (What the fuck does that mean, anyhow?!) and also the term "arctic weather" has been used in abundance.
ALSO. GUESS WHAT.
IT STARTED TO MELT LAST NIGHT. AND THEN FROZE.

Is Deadjournal broken?
Anyway. I'm employed.
Alive.
Working.
Starting School.
Starting... SPANISH. (AGAIN.)
I am also listening to Micheal Jackson. And I have to call some guy. And also Concordia University decided last week that I didn't get enough mail and so they are currently sending me all of their files starting with the letter 'A'. I've called them twice now.

Heyyyyy... yeah. I haven't updated (well, at least on DJ) in a long time. (Long for ME.)
Does this even matter? I'm sure that by now people read my other blog. Oh wells, here is the scoop.
I am currently unemployed, which means I have A+ boredom. I had an interview on Monday (yay!) an interview today (yay!) and one on Thursday (yay!) and I am quite frankly tired of telling people how awesome I am. You'd think they would just hire me because I am so attractive, but nnooooooOOooo they want someone with "more experience", whatever the crap that means. Hey it is not my fault I only have limited Rocket Scientist experience! Let me drive your spaceship and I will ROCK YOUR WORLD.
But yeah. A+ boredom means I have started a few art projects. I totally just finished one, which is kind of amazing. I am v. v. happy with it (which is also astonishing).
Buuut yeah. In between watching X-Men 2 and Mortal Kombat, life has been pretty uneventful. I am sorta halfway babysitting for the nextdoor neighbor boy (who I am calling Conductor on the internet) who is adorable and is ABSOLUTELY Stewie from Madtv (in the sweetest and most adorable way ever. The sketch is funny, but at 6:20 it's absolutely things that Conductor would say... he's awesome!) But yeah. So I'm sometimes watching/playing trains with him, which is cool. He tires me out soooo much though, it's ridiculous.
Last weekend Mary, Savannah and I had a Prince of Persia Playing Party (alliteration!) which was AMAZING because Mary bought a ball for me to play with annnnd also we played VGs until like, 3am. We are also having a cookout or something for the 4th, which will be cool.
Angelina leaves for South Korea on July 15th and I am both excited and upset she's leaving so soon. Only 5 weeks, but it'll be good, it's an adventure for her and it'll remove some of the bottled-up pressure in our house. Oh, didn't I mention? Dad's unemployed, I'm unemployed, and Mom has lots of days off (her schedule is weird) so EVERYONE is home, ALL THE TIME. It is... driving me kind of insane. :C
Anyway, though. Life is good. I don't know if I mentioned it on here, but I do have a new fisheye camera that is really cool. I need to get the film developed so I can share it with everyone, it's pretty cool.
